  I am writing to complain about the unacceptable level of customer service I experienced at your store on Friday afternoon.After collecting a trolley from outside, I completed my shopping only to find that just two traditional tills were open. Both were completely overwhelmed with long queues. Because of this, I went to the larger self-checkout area where a machine was free.After scanning just three items, the machine locked up and requested staff assistance. A female member of staff approached me, but instead of fixing the machine, she simply asked, "Is this trolley yours?" I replied that it was, explaining that I needed it to hold my shopping bags. Without resolving the issue or unlocking the till, she walked away and disappeared.I was left waiting with no help. Frustrated by this complete lack of care, I decided to leave my entire shopping trip behind, walked out of the store, and even left my £1 coin in the trolley.This experience was a complete joke. Tesco generates massive profits yet displays total carelessness toward customer service. There is no reason why paying customers should face massive queues while numerous staff members are prioritised for re-stocking shelves. This is poor management; customers should always come first. I refuse to spend my hard-earned money at a supermarket that treats shoppers with such disregard.I do not have time to waste waiting around due to broken machines and unhelpful staff. Your competitors offer far better customer service, and Tesco has officially lost my business. I will not be returning to your stores.

  Please start selling doughnuts again. Not Krispy Kreme one, regular Tesco chocolate doughnuts. I’ll change the review when you do. Sincerely, A customer

  This Tesco was very underwhelming. Not very big and not a lot of stock. The place also stank of fumes on the occasion I visited. I don’t recommend this Tesco for a weekly shop.
