  Just been to the drive thru and experienced the most miserable women I have ever come across. Ordered my food and then went around to pay at the kiosk. When I got there I asked her to take my reward code. Well if looks could have killed I would be dead and the huffing and puffing. I was told that I needed to give the code when ordering my food and to remember it for next time. The trouble is the phone signal is so rubbish in that area, that the app wasn't loading quick enough. I didn't think it would be a issue to give the code at the cash kiosk. But clearly it was. Very miserable and unapproachable women. Never vist it again. The burgers weren't all that good either. Not a good burger king

  This was a very disappointing experience and unlike anything I have previously encountered at Burger King. I arrived at around 10:00 pm and was informed that the restaurant was closed to walk-in customers and that only the drive-thru was operating. That was understandable, so I joined the drive-thru queue to place four separate orders. Unfortunately, the ordering process became extremely frustrating. The staff member on the intercom appeared to have significant difficulty understanding my order, and despite repeating myself numerous times, we were unable to complete even the first order. After several unsuccessful attempts, I had no option but to leave without purchasing anything. To make matters worse, I observed staff members outside smoking, which did little to inspire confidence in the overall standards and professionalism of the restaurant. This location seems to have declined considerably. I remember when Burger King restaurants were busy, well-managed, and worth the wait. Sadly, this experience fell far below the standard I would expect, and I left feeling extremely disappointed.
