- JMJames McnallySep 7, 20264.0I have been to this café a couple of times now, and I can honestly say we will definitely be going back. The coffee is very nice. It’s nothing too special, but it’s definitely better than the average coffee you would get to go. I’ve also had a few meals here, and I have to say, the jacket potatoes are amazing! They give you a really generous portion, with a salad on the side, which leaves you feeling comfortably full. I’ve also tried the pancakes, and I couldn’t believe they actually looked like the picture advertised, which you don’t often see! They were really fluffy, and the fruit tasted fresh. The service is good overall, although sometimes I feel the staff could be a little more helpful when you ask for recommendations. That being said, they are always very friendly and welcoming. I would also say the prices are fair, as the quality and portion sizes of the food, along with the coffee, are definitely worth what you pay. Overall, it’s a lovely café with good food, friendly staff and fair prices. We’ll definitely be returning!
- SSsu sudanAug 27, 20261.0Extremely disappointing experience. I tried to redeem a valid Three+ voucher today, but the staff came up with endless excuses not to accept it—claiming the address was wrong and that the code didn't show their location, even though the store details were printed clear as day on the screen. What made it worse was how loudly and rudely they spoke about it right in front of other customers. When you pay full price, they are welcoming, but the moment you present a promotional voucher, their attitude completely shifts. I reported the issue to customer support and was compensated, but the staff's dishonesty and poor customer service left a really bad impression.
