  Pizza ok. But went to collect and several staff behind the counter just standing around, I made eye contact with more than one of them but it was like i was invisible. Only got attention when I rang the bell on the counter! Really crappy customer service! Will not use again. Enough choices in town.

  Imagine waiting over 3 hours even after multiple calls and promises. Only for it to eventually arrive and be not just wrong. But SO wrong and so cold and nasty, you question if they just grabbed something from the rubbish out back. That's the experience you can expect with domino's Dorking. Fix it? Nah. They told me to just leave a negative review.....

  Placed a large order for our wedding this past weekend and the Dominos team were fantastic. They accommodated us in every way (venue wasn't even in area), and really knew what they were doing when it came to delivering for a wedding compared to what it would be for a party for example. The pizzas were all great, and it worked brilliantly for our evening food. Pictured is the best man with the delivery!

  I have ordered for delivery over a few years. The service varies, sometimes you get delivered a cold pizza. It happens, sometimes a neighbour and I share a daily special. Yes sometimes they have the wrong crust, or there is something badly wrong. That is life. No point crying about it. When asked to make their own customer review they normally send an email. You can quite happily know that Head Office may view your comments, but if you are that unhappy, in the email it asks do you want to be contacted by Domino's about that. Reply yes. Now the shop that it is in USED (think is was King Dish) to have wheelchair access. When Domino's took over, they closed the wheelchair accessible part of the shop. The shop has a large step, so you couldn't collect your pizza if you had selected that option. I give it a genuine 4 stars why, despite it's flaws, every person deserves more second chances I hear lots of people saying Crostini's is better - they're about Equal only Crostini's flyers imply they don't deliver Pizza's anymore. IN FACT it works out more expensive to the Holmwood's as they charge delivery too
