  Very disappointing experience with Papa Johns. On two separate occasions, my food arrived cold and extremely hard. After the first order, I experienced diarrhoea, and after the second, the hard pizza caused significant pain and inflammation around my gums, making it difficult to eat normally for several days. The customer service was also very disappointing. The store’s closing time is 3am, but when I ordered around midnight, the manager argued that food could not be delivered at that time. When I called, his attitude was extremely rude and unhelpful, which made me feel as though my order was an inconvenience. As a paying customer, I expect fresh, properly prepared food and respectful service throughout the advertised opening hours. I hope Papa Johns takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the food quality and staff behaviour. Sorry i don’t want to complain but last two days i am in severe pain in my oral tissues even I can’t sleep because it’s hurting me continuously.

  The people here are so friendly and lovely, the service is amazing, the pizza never comes late, always served hot!

  This pizza shop is amazing. The way they treat their customers is just perfect. Very friendly, professional and patient!😁 This is my son’s favourite restaurant and mine too, thanks to the delicious food and amazing staff like Tanish, Adeel and Zunera. Thanks for the great service team 👍🏻👏👏👏
