  Often get hot food delivered from here but rarely get my food within 45 mins and if the uber cancels or you want to adjust your order during busy times, it's tough to call them because they don't answer the phone. Owner seems to want the money and not care about the customers. Staff need to be taught on how to deliver door to door, its standard practice at Papa John's. They must need more staff, can't just rely on uber riders + the uber riders don't even close the bag half the time. My order today was left on the hot plate for 45 mins before being delivered, I got the uber text 15 mins after I ordered, the uber rider was cancelled.. It took 1 hour 15 mins to get my order and they tried to give me the pizza that was left on the hot plate, it was horrible, reminded me of when I used to work there. I WANT FRESH PIZZA. Think I will just go collect next time.

  Ordered a pizza, paid £20 for it…3 days later I’m still waiting. Was offered 10 papa points to spend on another pizza that won’t arrive…clown car of a company!
