  I visited the Domino's yesterday, and I had a great experience. I usually order online, but this time I went into the store. Rani was very kind, patient, and helpful while taking my order. She made the whole process quick and easy and was really pleasant to talk to. The rest of the staff were also friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. It's great to receive such excellent customer service. Thank you, Rani, and the team—I’ll definitely be ordering from the store again!

  After ordering online, I received a call saying the potato wedges I’d ordered were out of stock and had to be substituted. Why are customers allowed to order items that aren’t actually available? Then the order arrived without the Diet Coke I’d paid for, meaning I had to call again and wait for another delivery. The biggest issue was the pizza itself. I ordered a Vegi Supreme with NO mushrooms. The pizza arrived covered in mushrooms, despite them being specifically removed from the order. This wasn’t a minor mistake. Some of my guests couldn’t eat it because of allergies and dietary requirements, and I couldn’t eat the rest either. To make matters worse, the pizza didn’t even resemble a Vegi Supreme. It was missing several of the advertised ingredients, including sweetcorn and onions. When I called to complain, I was told they wanted to come back and collect the remaining pizza before issuing a refund. By this point it was around 10pm, we’d already dealt with multiple phone calls and deliveries, and some of the pizza had already been eaten before we realised it had been made incorrectly. Despite acknowledging the pizza was wrong, they repeatedly refused to process a straightforward refund and continued calling about collecting the leftovers. Missing items, incorrect food, allergy concerns, poor communication and terrible customer service. One of the worst Domino’s experiences I’ve had. Completely unacceptable.

  Example staff! Even though we turned up late to collect our order right near closing, and they were clearly rushed off their feet, the team still took the time to be friendly, patient, and genuinely nice to us. You could tell they were tired but still gave great service, which I really appreciated. Big credit to the hardworking team tonight, they made a big difference. Would definitely recommend this branch. 25/03/26

  Best dominos ever. We were late to collect our pizza tonight and the staff still went out of their way to be so friendly and accommodating for us! Pizza was top notch . Staff even better. Thanks guys ❤️
