  2 months confirmation in advance for my 8 year old party and just a few hours before the party you let me down? Seriously??????? I have been going to this new branch of Domino's which open in Cranleigh for a few months now. My 8th year old birthday was approaching and I pop face to face (2 months ago) into the branch to discuss my needs. They said they usually didn't deliver to Dunforld where my event was happening but that they were happy to accommodate and make an exception for my party. The conversation was very different when I called this morning in order to place my order. I don't think the guy who was on the phone even knew that my party was going on. Apparently someone popped in to place a large order too so he made me wait 5 minutes on the phone just to tell me that he couldn't deliver the order, as the minimum of Pizzas needed to be 12 (this was the first time I hear this) and he was prepare to put the phone down immediately without even looking for alternatives. How the heck am I gonna be able to accommodate the amount of pizzas that I needed in the amount of time? This was absolutely ridiculous. Apparently he checked with his main manager so he then didn't took the decision on his own. I wonder if his manager was aware of the full situation? This was arranged 2 months ago!!!!! My details were taken and I was just supposed to ring at an x time to place the order.... also a special deal was supposed to be offered... This is absolutely appalling. You caused me a lot of stress, a lot of problems, and I almost lost my best friend today over this because I basically made my best friend go (with very little warning) and collect those bloody pizzas to ensure I had food at my party when I checked with you guys two months ago that you could deliver, otherwise I would have pre-arranged this or look for a different supplier. I should not be in this position! He didn't even honoured any special deals just a small cash disccount was given, basically it was obvious he didn't want my business of 8 Pizzas. On top of this the pizzas were not great. The pizzas were over-cooked, the pizzas were dry, and the food was really bad. Bad experience from start to end! I was considering using you guys for my formal events but if anything happens in my formal events, even if I have the 12 pizzas that I need, who's going to guarantee me that you're going to be able to deliver, not let me down or that the pizzas will be to Domino's standards? Apparently you also depend on your driver. You're running a business as a family business. This is unacceptable. Absolutely unacceptable. You guys should have and be formal and keep consistency. This is a franchise and you are running a business like cowboys. You are letting excelent colleagues like Connor down, when it comes to closing and execution. I dont really give a bad review but you guys deserve it based on the fact that you were prepared to let me down today. That is not acceptable, especially after two months of agreeing to something else... Your internal and external communication needs to improve as well as the quality of your pizzas. I pay far too much money for what I got today! I don't want anyone else in the future to go through what I did today as you are not reliable and that is not OK, not for Domino's Pizza!

  We ordered several pizzas and they were delivered in less than half an hour. Absolutely delicious and great value. Happy, friendly delivery driver too.

  Great customer service skills, I was working and couldn’t find food in the area so they came to the rescue and they were very fast! Shouts out to the guy that took my order on the phone and the delivery driver. I’m very impressed. The food is fresh and amazing I feel to save some for later!

  We went in there to be greeted warmly and serenaded with half the staff singing to some unnamed song. They made it really fast though and would recommend to any food and music loving person.
