  I had a really great experience at Burger King! Ellie, Sherwin and Kabhi provided excellent customer service and were friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout my visit. The environment was clean and enjoyable, and the food was fresh, tasty and really good. A big thank you to Ellie, Sherwin and Kabhi for making my visit such a pleasant experience. Great service and great food — I’ll definitely be coming back!

  We visited Burger King at Thorpe Park as a big group of around 10 people. Even though it was raining and the place was quite crowded, the restaurant was very clean and well maintained. We noticed wet floor caution signs placed everywhere, which showed good attention to safety. Despite the busy atmosphere, we got our food very quickly, and everything was served as expected. Great service and well-managed even during peak time!

  We visited Burger King at Thorpe Park as part of our day out. There were plenty of free tables even during a busy lunchtime. The ordering system was quick and easy, and the food was delicious. Sean served us and was kind, friendly and efficient.

  We ordered angus burgers, and the meat was really tasty, as was the cheese, the bacon was disappointing, not crisp, and not enough flavour. We ordered the Caesar Salad, it was the worst I’ve ever seen. No lettuce. We were warned about this on the menu. Instead lots of rocket leaves, all past their sell by date. No croutons, no Parmesan cheese. Toppings on the burgers were poor. A few very limp rocket leaves and slices of tomato. No pickle or mushrooms. We were warned about this from the menu. The ordering system meant we weren’t warned when a drink was out of stock until we tried to order, out of stock items were still listed on the menu. After finding several drinks out of stock, we went for water, very expensive especially as it was at room temperature. Service was very slow, perhaps they had to cook the Angus burgers to order. Why weren’t we warned when we ordered? We don’t like wasting time at a theme park. We will be avoiding Burger King in future.
