  My experience as a whole was fantastic I got a warm welcome from the moment I walked in. The lady behind the register was very helpful and I was very pleased with how she took my order asking if I wanted extra things on my burger what what different things I’d like on my milkshake etc everything moved very swiftly and efficiently then my drink was made within two minutes of ordering bare in mind there was people that had ordered before me so I could see how hard and efficient they was working to make sure my food came as fast as it could then my burger followed a few minutes after and the guys took good care of me I couldn’t of had a better experience will be back

  I came here to pick up an order tonight and I have to say the staff in particular 2 young girls on shift were super friendly, really shows you what good customer experience makes.

  Absolutely fantastic experience at Five Guys! I ordered the bacon cheeseburger, Cajun fries and a Oreo milkshake. The burger was cooked perfectly, The Oreo milkshake was rich, creamy, and the perfect finish to the meal. The restaurant itself was spotless and very well maintained, A special mention goes to Hayley, who served me. She was an absolute delight—friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful when guiding me through the topping choices. Her excellent customer service made an already great meal even better. Outstanding food, brilliant service, and a fantastic atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!
