  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever had service this good. Jack and Thomas deserve a pay rise, a promotion, and probably their own statues outside the restaurant. From the moment we walked in, they treated us like royalty. They were friendly, funny, welcoming, and somehow managed to make the whole experience feel like a five-star restaurant while serving burgers. They were on top of everything, made sure our order was perfect, and had such positive energy that they completely made our day. The food was exactly what you’d expect from Five Guys—absolutely incredible—but the customer service from Jack and Thomas took it to another level entirely. If every restaurant had staff like them, the world would genuinely be a happier place. Whoever hired these two deserves credit because they’re absolute legends. We’ll definitely be coming back, and a big reason for that is Jack and Thomas. Five Guys, don’t let these two go—they’re worth their weight in gold!

  An exceptional service from Hayley! Hayley went above and beyond for me and was super patient when i was deciding what to order! She made me a fabulous milkshake and served it to me with a warm and welcoming smile!
