  0 seasoning in the burger + fries r hella mid and salty feels like u just chopped a potato stuck them in the fryer, added salt and called it a day

  I arrived at 5Guys at 7.30pm. There were about 6 customers sitting down and three members of staff. There was no queue. A member of staff approached me at the till and said ‘I’m sorry sir, but there will be a wait of at least 15 minutes as somebody spilt a drink on the floor’. I turned around and left immediately. I seriously doubt that 5Guys owners would be happy at this laughable prioritising and deplorable service. I won’t be going back which is a shame for them as I usually go a few times a month.

  Navya served us at 4:22pm. She took our order and made our food. It was amazing, exactly what we wanted! Customer service was fantastic! Thank you!
