  Pizza took 30mins to arrive from leaving store (2miles) arrived cold. Hung up on twice when called… promised refund but declined name of staff when asked (“doesn’t matter”) horrible service… recorded all calls and have reported to corporate. 1.5 stars on trip advisor…. AVOID AVOID AVOID

  I called to order pizza, the man speaking on the phone spoke the most broken English imaginable, and told me not to call him, and rather to order online. He then hung up on me.

  Terrible customer service. Received wrong pizza. 3 different pork toppings. I am Muslim, therefore I don’t eat pork. When speaking to the dominos camberley team, they were very rude. Non apologetic and just did not seem like any of them knew how to deal with complaints. I will not be going back as a customer to dominos again because of this experience.

  Had a lovely experience with Domino’s Pizza. The delivery was prompt and I really impressed with the service experience. The food was fresh, and everything tasted great. The chicken & ‘Nduja pizza was incredible!
