  I visited McDonald’s last Sunday and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. There seemed to be a lack of staff, and only one girl was working at the till with very little support. She appeared overwhelmed and was doing her best to manage everything on her own. My food also took much longer than expected to arrive. I think the management should make sure there are enough staff members working, especially during busy periods. This would provide better support for employees and improve the overall service and waiting time for customers.

  I’m very happy with my visit to Burger King! The food was fresh, hot, and really tasty, and the service was quick and friendly. I’d especially like to thank Chris, who was very welcoming, polite, and professional. He made our visit even more enjoyable with his great attitude and excellent customer service. We would definitely come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  We tried the new burger king and wanted to give it a chance. We were rather impressed with the food! However, i couldn’t call it fast food. It took about 15 minutes from ordering to receiving food which was very unexpected. Following that, a portion of chips were missing from the order too. Other than that, it was quite nice and i expect we will be back.

  Went today ordered chicken burger melt (no cheese) don’t know if meant to be plus classic burger (was good) onion rings not Crisby but tasted good - food could have been warmer 😞 (take away) chips good Service time was good total 7 minutes from ordering 😊 Parking was ok Shall give it another try as usually enjoy Burgerking

  We visited the new Camberley Burger King just before lunchtime on their opening day, where they were giving away 1,000 free Whoppers. Despite how busy it was, everything was impressively well organised — both in the car park and inside the restaurant, which is quite small. We were greeted by a staff member called Alfie, who was extremely helpful. He guided us through ordering and made sure we could easily claim our free Whopper. His friendly and efficient approach really stood out. Considering the volume of customers and the excitement of opening day, the whole experience was smooth, well managed, and genuinely enjoyable. A great start for the new Camberley branch.
