  Would give zero star if we could. Customer service absolutely disgusting, “manager” Zo Singh by far the rudest manager I have ever experienced should not be working in customer service and with members of the public. Disgusting can’t do attitude not willing to help in any way shape or form and rectify their mistake. Tried to get us to pay twice for an order to then refund the first order they charged wrong for but refused to give proof and write a written receipt of the refund.

  Absolutely awful experience with Dominos Bagshot. I ordered through Uber Eats, which automatically put in the wrong postcode. I called Dominos straight away to correct it, but they instead said they couldn’t deliver because of roadworks and it would take 1 hour 30 minutes. We checked Google Maps ourselves and avoiding the road they mentioned it was only 19 minutes, so that excuse looked false. I asked them to cancel, but Domino’s kept saying they couldn’t and I would need to, when I spoke to Uber Eats they said if I cancelled I’d be charged in full. After multiple calls, the manager kept saying they had no way to cancel despite us being charged. He had to speak to the area manager to find out how to cancel the order, which is ridiculous in itself. After about 20 minutes of arguing, my wife ordered from another pizza place. After wasting around 40 minutes of our time on my wife’s birthday, Domino’s suddenly changed their story and said there were actually no roadworks and they could deliver after all. Total shambles. No ownership, no honesty, and a complete waste of time.

  As always their delivery time was less than the eta. It’s the only fast food delivery service I use now, as they’re always good. Just eat for example was useless. Domino’s delivery drivers are always professional, especially because I’m normally worse for where when I greet them
