  I went to the store yesterday early evening to find out why my online delivery was missing £30 of items. I was unable to contact anyone online. The lady on duty at the customer service desk was so helpful and helped me to contact the online team. I spoke to the Department and the issue was resolved and items to be delivered later today. It was so good and so lovely to be treated in such a calm friendly, helpful and professional manner by the lady at the customer services desk. I didn't get her name, but she has exceptional customer service skills and a credit to the Tesco team.

  Parking can be tricky at times but nice little store to do to up shopping or grab a meal deal

  Perhaps it's Tesco in general I take issue with, but it's telling that they can spare the budget for 6' plexiglass-steel checkout cages, facial recognition cameras, every item worth more than a couple quid locked behind plexiglass & secure-tags... But not enough budget to keep more than two staff members on-floor at a time, or to maintain the fridges in any capacity to prevent every fridge in the entire store from breaking down at once, causing half of all stock to be thrown away. What an excellent usage of funding, can't wait for the prices to increase to cover this 💀💀

  They have normal groceries and have got prime wich re-stocks regularly!!!!!!!!
