  Extremely poor customer service. I contacted this branch to make a simple enquiry regarding whether the pepperoni offered is halal or if any non-pork alternatives are available. The staff member who handled the call responded in a dismissive and sarcastic manner, failing to provide a clear or professional answer. In addition to the inappropriate tone, the information given was inaccurate. Non-pork pepperoni options (including beef, turkey, and plant-based alternatives) are widely established within the food industry. The response demonstrated both a lack of basic product knowledge and an absence of customer care standards. This interaction reflects poorly on the training and professionalism of staff at this location. A routine dietary enquiry should be handled with clarity and respect, not met with ridicule or misinformation. I would expect management to address this, as it falls significantly below the standard of service associated with a national brand.

  You know when you walk in and something doesn't feel right. Then the young man behind the counter is unhelpful, angry looking and abrupt. I said straight away i think i will just go somewhere else then I just turned around and walked straight out. Glad I did too. If this is who these establishments want to employ then i would sooner cook at home. definitely would be a lot healthier in the long run.

  Please guys don’t order from this place which is belonged to Papa John’s pizza. They destroyed the name on the brand. Last night I ordered free item from this Papa John’s they cancelled my delivery order and one of them stuff called me said they can’t send the order because they can’t cover the area I live which was a liar. I was just only 10- 12 minutes far from the shop they are, do not order from this scammer shop and im still waiting for my refund
