  I have been buying pizza on and off from papa Johns since they opened many years ago, I fancied a pizza last night, went to their shop to order a pizza. The guy behind the counter a tall Asian guy refused to acknowledge my presence. When I got his attention by knocking my keys on the counter top, he was so rude to me told me go and order in the pad, which I did. Pizza quality has dropped, not as it used to be. I don’t think I will be going back there again, to spend my money and meet a rude man, the pizza shop should think of looking into the staffs how they treat customers.

  Everytime I call to make a order over the phone as I am no good with technology I get told the same thing their systems are down an order online, this has happened atleast the last 5 times I’ve tried to call and order an the same excuse has been used everytime, I said this to them this evening that they have said the same thing the last 5 times, and then left the phone on the side I sat waiting thinking someone may take my order but no one come back to the phone, so I tried calling back called 7 times no answer, yet again had to order at another pizza shop because I can’t order online and always get told them can’t take orders over the phone!

  Ordered a pizza from them, which was sent out with wrong ingredients (ordered no mushrooms was sent with mushrooms), called shop to complain when the man who answered the phone said he knew it was sent out wrong and didn’t think it would be a big issue He ventilated agreed to send out the pizza I had originally ordered which took an additional 45 minutes to arrive Driver dropped it off okay, the man in the shop then called me to say I hadn’t given the driver back the original sent pizza and I had just scammed him for a free pizza, when I told him he had knowingly sent me pizza with mushrooms thinking it wouldn’t be a big deal he hung the phone up Pizza tasted bad anyway and was a total waste of money, avoid like the plague

  Very disappointed with my order, I usually love papa johns pizza but after today I will never order again! I ordered an all the meats pizza. What was not the pizza that was delivered. I rang and told them about the situation which he replied they wanted my pizza back. I explained that my friend is diabetic and had to eat some of the pizza. They told me if he eats any more they won’t give me my correct pizza. When the delivery driver got here he wanted to see the pizza before he exchanged my correct pizza. I told him the pizza had a few slices missing as my friend had to eat. We got our pizza. 10 minutes later the manager called back he was extremely rude I was trying to talk to him to explain and he just said I’m blocking you now so you can’t order from here again. Extremely rude and awful situation. Would not recommend

  I ordered a pizza with my friends and got the wrong pizza fine. Happen all the time and no trouble with sending the right item towards us after contact. I am diabetic and wished to eat as I must. I ate some and after my friends phoned the manager (after he was rude) proceeded to tell us how we couldn’t send the pizza back because i and eaten more then two slices. I HAD TO EAT. Called us back and told us we were banned from the store after SENDING THE PIZZA BACK which they asked for and proceeded to call us back and tell us we were banned. Horrible service and extremely rude customer service. Would not recommend ordering from addlestones papa johns. If they send you the wrong pizza and ask for the right on you will be banned.
