  I come into this Tesco’s regularly and today at around 5:35 I had an unpleasant interaction with the security guard. I’ve never seen him before therefore I assume he's new, but the moment I came in he was locked in on me. I came to get some toilet paper and a snack but wasn’t sure what I wanted so I was just browsing the snack aisles and the whole time I was in there I noticed him going back and forth multiple times making direct eye contact with me and seeing whats in my hand. I felt quite uncomfortable but more so shocked as I come here regularly and he had no reason to think I’m stealing. I went to self-checkout and paid and on the way out he stops me and asks for my receipt even though he hasn’t asked anyone else in the store. I went to one of the colleagues who I also noticed was new and explained to her that the security guard was following me around the store the entire time to which she just went “hes just doing his job”. Yes I know hes just doing his job but when he’s specifically targeting me for no reason of course I’m going to have a problem. I didn’t print the receipt but the colleague behind the counter confirmed I did pay. I know Southend is full of teenagers who like to come in and create problems, but I’m just 1 small boy and the constant direct eye contact was very uncomfortable therefore he needs to learn how to be more vigilant as he purely targeted me when there were other people in the store.

  Pagamos nuestra compra y la maquina la proceso mal, le comento al empleado y le enseño el recibo y me dice que es un error y que tengo que pagarla otra vez que se me reembolsara en un par de horas. Pues ahora he pagado dos compras y no he recibido ningún reembolso. Solo me ha pasado en este comercio. Deplorable
