  Absolutely awful. Never use again. Placed order to be delivered at 12.30pm. Message to say it was on the way with UBER then another message to say it was cancelled by UBER. Staff at Papa Johns didn't want to help and said I had to collect if I want my order. Would not arrange another order to be delivered. Never received by order. Called the shop as I have not recieved a refund and the shop are saying they can't arrange a refund so I have to emailed head office. The WORST service!

  Poor quality of food!! Arrived 1.5 hours after ordering. Missing items from order and food cold don't order from this store when you call they don't help

  Fantastic staff and customer service in the Midsomer Norton store. The pizza tastes better than Domino’s and the sides are out of this world!

  Please look at the other reviews. Yes, It’s great when it works, but if you get unlucky, the food will be late and the staff at this store don’t care. Ordered 4 times now; once “25 minutes delivery” became an hour and 15, and the most recent time, the order was cancelled. Every order is a roll of the dice, and when you just want food, for me it’s not worth the risk of a significant delay/no show.
