  I ordered off the app, the app said the pizza was ready but had to wait another 10 minutes to get it, they’d forgotten to do one of the pizza’s on the order, the manager seemed like he didn’t care one bit and was unhelpful with resolving the problem

  Waited 45 minites for a stone cold pizza with no dip. Lots of other annoyed customers also waiting. Really poor and won’t be come back.

  Myself and my friend had a delivery last week while on a holiday park. The food arrived on time and it was piping hot. No complaints.

  Not a good start for Domino's. We've always enjoyed Domino's, so when we heard they were opening in Cheddar, we looked forward to it. They opened on Monday, and we waited a few days for the initial rush to set. We ordered on Wednesday, and it arrived on time; the delivery driver was friendly and courteous. However, when we ate, my wife found a long black hair, which couldn't have been ours since we are both blondes. The next day, I contacted them to inform them, thinking since they're new, they'd appreciate the feedback. The manager responded rudely, claiming it wasn't their fault and implying it was us. I explained we are both blondes, but he just tried to end the call, even though I just wanted to report the issue. I wasn't seeking a refund or freebies, just wanted to alert them. Unfortunately, with such poor customer service, I won't be returning. I'll stick with local independent shops that genuinely care about their image and customers.

  Driver came back as forgot an item from the order we didn’t notice. I wish I could have tipped but regardless a great act.
