- DMD MMay 17, 20261.0I’m honestly shocked and extremely disappointed with my experience with the McDonald’s in Twerton, Bath. I placed an order through the McDonald’s app and within about 10 seconds the order was cancelled. Despite the cancellation happening almost immediately, the payment was still taken from my account. What makes this even more frustrating is that I never received the order, yet the money has still been taken. From my perspective, it genuinely feels like my money has just been taken for nothing. It honestly feels like stealing when a company can cancel an order but still keep the payment. Since this happened I’ve tried speaking to everyone involved — the restaurant itself and McDonald’s support — but no one seems willing to actually help resolve the issue. I keep getting passed around without any real solution. I’m genuinely shocked that a company as large as McDonald’s can take money from customers like this without their knowledge or without properly fixing the issue afterwards. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing, and it’s definitely made me lose trust in ordering from this location again.

- KBKaren BlackMay 6, 20261.0Wrong order on screen , waited ages in drive through for small order . Porridge average , gloopy, warm not hot. Egg and sausage McMuffin cold and no hash brown. Asked for exchange / freshly cooked . Waited again, felt like same McMuffin handed back but by then we needed to leave . No sugar at all for drinks . No smiles , no apology , shocking can’t be bothered attitude. Hope the manager sees this and re trains on customer service .
