On holiday in Yeovil. Booked a click and collect. Order not ready even towards end of time slot. Had to wait 45 minutes for shopping to be bought out. Staff not helpful or user friendly. Glad to go back to my own local Tesco

Very disappointed with the condition of the freezers at Tesco Extra. Several freezers were leaking a lot of water onto the floor, making the area wet and potentially dangerous for customers. This should be checked and fixed properly, as someone could easily slip and get injured. I hope Tesco takes this issue seriously and makes sure the freezers are properly maintained and the floors are kept safe and dry.

went to get a meal deal and was with my mates. all had our college id on us (have to be 16 to go to college btw) and i wanted to buy monster energy (im 19) and the lady was rude and said she wont serve me because not all of us had our ids. also witnessed an old man who was clearly vulnerable getting shouted at which caused distress.

So often now grocery orders don’t turn up. No notifications. Just don’t arrive. Completely unreliable. Tesco have let us down too many times now. Too big for its boots.
