Drove all the way back, this is now 30 minutes for them to tell me they wont remake the order. So i was left with disgusting cold food. Food went in the bin and i have complained to customer services. Appalling restaurant im done with mcdonalds.

- NFNibin FerdiSep 2, 20261.0Absolutely terrible experience at McDonald’s Yeovil – Sherborne Road. The service was unbelievably slow, and the waiting time was ridiculous. You could probably grow a coffee bean from scratch before your order arrives. 😂 And the hot chocolate… 🤦♂️ Honestly, I have no idea how they managed to make it taste that bad. Worst hot chocolate in the world! It was almost impressive how something so simple could be made so disappointing. 🤣 The whole team seemed completely disorganised, with very little sense of urgency or customer service. The experience was frustrating from start to finish. McDonald’s is supposed to be fast food, but this place seems to have completely forgotten the “fast” part. 😭 Worst service, worst waiting time, worst hot chocolate, and probably the worst team I’ve experienced at a McDonald’s. Definitely not coming back anytime soon. 👎🍔☕
