  Turned up for Breakfast drive through. Slow service, grumpy service will use the McDonald's by Morrisons next time

  Ordered a double cheese burger meal, comes with a drink, got to the window for collection, got given the food but not drink so we waited until staff member came back and said there is no drink. He said that we ordered a meal wothout a drink but it clearly said on the receipt the meal and drink. Paid for a whole meal and didn’t get it. Food was cold also. Looked very understaffed, not great

  I’ve visited the particular McDonald’s on more than one occasion and every time the service is less than ideal. Also the location of the order screens directly behind the entrance doors is very strange causing a total bottleneck and long queues. Drive through seems okay but is very slow.

  I visited this MacDonalds about 3 weeks ago, I placed my order and had to wait approximately 15 minutes for it to arrive (I wasn't the only one) when it arrived I drove a mile or two then pulled over to eat. My order was incorrect, I ordered a McCrispy and received a spicy McCrispy, no problem, I like spice. However the burger looked like it had been cooked a week ago, very dry and very thin, the coffee was like hot watery milk, but the fries were ok. I was in the area again yesterday and thought, it can't be that bad again surely, how wrong I was. I ordered a Spicy McCrispy, with large fries and coke. Mine was the only order on screen and again it took over 10 minutes to arrive despite the restaurant being relatively empty and only one vehicle at the drive through. Well I thought to myself at least the burger is being freshly cooked, how wrong I was. I again drove a mile or two and pulled in to eat my meal. The burger, while the correct one, was drier than before, it looked like it had been cooked at same time as my last one. The Coke had no ice and did not taste like Coca Cola and I'm sure the fries were not a large portion. The staff on both occasions seemed disinterested and were more concerned with chatting rather than serving. This is by far the worst fast food I've ever had and there will be no third time lucky attempt from me. Avoid as you will be disappointed.

  Order is always wrong or incomplete with items missing. You call and they don’t do anything about it just blame the driver. Delivery took nearly an hour and it was all wrong! Staff attitude is poor.
