Every other Greg's will make whatever you want on the spot. (No other customers waiting!) Eventually they did make it and put as small amount of filling in as possible. What an absolute disgrace. Decided against it as it was that bad, wanted to take a photo but didn't get a chance..

Grown men are still continuing to use the urinals, while little girls are lined up outside for the women’s restroom and are looking straight in. When I approached staff, they dismissed it and said they are aware the door is broken and there is nothing they can do!!!!!!

There were no signs informing customers that these items were unavailable, despite the very long queue. Had this been clearly displayed, I would not have wasted 20 minutes waiting. What made matters worse was the staffing situation. There appeared to be only one member of staff, David, actually serving the large queue. During my wait, I saw another member of staff come out, make herself a large cappuccino and interact with David, but she did not assist with serving the waiting customers. There appeared to be other staff present, yet nobody came to help reduce the queue. I was also very concerned about hygiene. I witnessed the person serving coughing and sneezing while working around the food, which was extremely off-putting. The toilets were in a terrible condition, with urine on the floor, and there was rubbish/litter outside that had not been cleared. After waiting so long, there was no apology for the delay or for the items being unavailable. I completely understand that businesses can run out of stock and that staff are entitled to breaks. What I don’t understand is why customers aren’t informed, why a large queue is allowed to build without additional help when other staff appear to be available, and why basic cleanliness and hygiene standards were seemingly being neglected. I went in simply wanting a bacon bap and a cappuccino and left without buying anything. For a company as established as Greggs, I expected considerably better. This was an extremely poor customer experience from start to finish and this branch urgently needs attention from management.
- MDMark DayAug 12, 20261.0Went in to get a coffee and snack but they didn't have hardly anything left, probably due to time of day however the purpose of this review was to mention the state of the place, the restaurant was filthy, the furniture in the restaurant seating needs to be thrown out it's torn, foam pulled out. Toilets are absolutely disgusting. This must be the most disgusting place to eat I've ever seen.

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
