  Ordered 16 pizzas for delivery, for our wedding reception. Gave us a great deal. We ordered a lot of different pizzas and not one complaint from our guests. We pre-ordered the day before and they arrived bang on time and piping hot. Thank you!

  Ordered a vegetarian pizza for collection but was given a non-vegetarian pizza instead. When I returned to the store to point out the mistake and exchange it, the staff member I spoke to was rude and completely unapologetic. I had to make an extra trip back to the store and then wait again while the correct pizza was prepared, yet no compensation or goodwill gesture was offered for the inconvenience. Mistakes can happen, but poor customer service, a lack of accountability, and no effort to make things right made the experience very disappointing. A simple apology and some consideration for the inconvenience caused would have gone a long way.

  Clearly cannot read. I ordered a specific two topping pizza and received the wrong order, as did my partner. We never receive every pizza we order correctly, they “forget” the stuffed crust every time as well. Don’t bother!
