  Only 2 people on shift, 1 cooking, 1 serving. Toilets were an absolute disgrace. Tables were filthy, seating was old and split. And the flies, dear God, if we'd sat in a rubbish tip it would have been more pleasant. We actually abandoned our meal it was that bad. Never going to that site again.

  Revolting. The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks The food was cold. The coke tasted like the pipes haven't been cleaned in months. First time going to bk for a few years, now I know why, crossing it off my list and will never go again now

  Deplorable place. One electronic ordering machine, other one broken. Complicated for a new user so people behind have to wait. While in the queue we only had one couple in front who appeared to know how this menu works, but still took ages! This is where technology is worse than a physical menu where you order from directly. First time at burger king, will not visit any of them again if this is typical. Which it likely is.

  Not enough staff working so over a 20 minute wait for food. Only one of the ordering screens was working and it was the only place to pay with card as the till was cash only. Not that I wanted to break one of the staff away from their already busy schedule. Rubbish on the floor and the indoor seating is dilapidated. The whole interior needs ripping out and refitting. Worse still the male toilets were in an appalling state. There was stinking sewer water all over the floor. I felt disgusting coming out of them. Not necessarily BKs fault but it reflects terribly on them regardless. They need to have serious words with their facilities management provider. Couldn't wait to leave.

  I would like to discuss about this Burger King. As a young age, I came to this Burger King because of how attractive it was and the delicious food and a large variety of choices. Today was not the case. As I walked in, I sensed an environment I didn’t feel comfortable in. Everything was in a scoundrel. Low space for tables, a large variety of mess on the floor, I felt like a caution sign wouldn’t hurt to be put up if the low amount of workers couldn’t be bothered to clean. Lots of sprinkles, food and litter on floor and tables. As I went to the kiosk, I noticed there was a very low amount of options on what to eat, I ordered a cheeseburger with no pickles, side of onion rings and a large Diet Coke. Now as I waited for the order, I noticed one of the women workers dropping food on the floor and not picking it up. What kind of responsibility is that!? As the order arrived, I ate my cheeseburger, tasted like a burnt barbecue… onion rings were soggy, the coke was the best part. It’s also overpriced. I spent £10 on a meal that will forever depress me. I say go to another Burger King, with more variety, low amount of mess and better workers with a smile on their faces ready to do their job properly.
