  Difficult times at The Hobbs Boat. Knowing that you are being closed can't be easy. Dropped in on the way back from Weston. Service was slow, but staff polite. I wish all staff the best.

  We couldn't use the shower as the shower is over the bath there is no grab rail on the wall , difficult to climb in the bath, water fall shower head , so wets your hair. As my husband has had a hip replacement and I have arthritis, it was impossible. Also mattress on the bed is worn and unsupportive, and uncomfortable. On the other hand the staff we're very nice. Wouldn't recommend staying there. Sorry

  We recently stayed at the premier for two nights so we had our breakfast here included,also we had our evening meals here. The breakfast was great excellent quality food cooked to perfection,it really was a beautiful breakfast. The main restaurant meals I thought were outstanding excellent value for money I would also like to give credit to the chefs to cook and present food on a plate like what we received is quite exemplary it is more that obvious they take great pride in what the delivery. Now the let down the service,out of all the service staff there was only one young lady who was serving on Sunday that stood out she worked really hard and was very helpful. The rest of the servers/ waitresses have issues they were not very customer friendly and were quite dismissive and had attitude problems They seamed to have something or someone more important to do. They were also making a number of mistakes which they didn't seem quite bothered about dispite having complaints,it wasn't even that busy. Example 1, I purchased drinks at the bar one was a coffee for my wife, ten minutes later I asked where's my coffee she replied very sternly I'm serving a customer, I said your still serving me probably with cold coffee now.didnt care!. Dispite these attitudes issues I would still highly recommend this place and would definitely visit again the foods amazing.
