  I visited the Tesco Petrol Station in Taunton and had a very disappointing experience. I politely informed the staff that one of the diesel nozzles appeared to be malfunctioning because I believed it could affect other customers. Instead of thanking me for reporting a potential issue, the cashier and the floor manager responded in a rude and dismissive manner. I was simply told to “pay and leave the store.” I did not behave inappropriately or cause any disturbance. If necessary, the CCTV footage can confirm exactly what happened. I was only trying to report what I believed was a genuine issue with the fuel pump. Customers who raise safety or maintenance concerns should be treated with respect and professionalism, not dismissed or spoken to rudely. I hope Tesco investigates this incident and provides better customer service training to the staff involved.

  Went to get fuel here the sign said 1.37 put fuel in my car and went to pay and was charged 1.47 instead . Questioned about it all the employees knew that the sign was wrong but had not bothered to put a sign up to let customers know it was wrong before fuelling their cars.

  I find this Tesco Express to be a medium size and able to carry a wider range of stock than the smaller Express stores. The recently completed refurbishment makes everything look clean and tidy, although it seemed a little darker inside than it was before. I always find the staff to be friendly and helpful. The store is wheelchair accessible with a good width between the shelving either side of the aisle - although anything higher up will still need assistance.
