  He works without gloves, I found hair in the pizza and he doesn't want to pay for it later and he doesn't have hair or beard protection.

  I had ordered two stuffed crust pizzas (extra £3 each) and upon arriving once the app said ready for collection I was told that they did not have any and I had to wait for 10 more minutes. As a substitute they only gave me 2 individual cookies (estimated £2), and was told they could not refund me. Them missing items which are not shown on the app has happened many times before.
