  Ordered through uber eats, the restaurant then phoned me and told me I’m outside their delivery area and they won’t be delivering also won’t be cancelling the order. They then told me I would have to cancel the order and that they couldn’t because it “wasn’t possible” before they hung up on me. Rude staff member and absolutely appalled by the experience.

  My boyfriend ordered a pizza for me as a gift, but the delivery never appeared on Uber Eats, so we couldn’t track the order. We tried calling the restaurant more than 10 times, but no one answered. Eventually, I decided to go outside myself and found my pizza left outside in the pouring rain — completely unattended, with slugs inside the box. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I tried calling the restaurant repeatedly to ask them to remake the pizza and deliver a fresh one, but once again, no one answered. They never contacted me or offered any explanation either. I have genuinely never had such a horrible food delivery experience. Leaving someone’s food outside in the rain, with slugs getting into it, is completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

  AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS Food took over an hour to come, was just about warm and we were missing items. Called back and the staff were rude, impatient and unclear, but said they'll send it out. An hour later and nothing so we call back. The staff tried to say we could call in the future and get something for free worth £6 (our missing item). When asked how that would work they just said it's all "in the computer". We didn't believe for a second that would work so asked for a refund to which we were told wasn't possible. So we asked for the item to be sent to us, they said yes and as we were asking how long it would take they hung up. We rang back to ask immediately and the staff just sighed and said 15-20 minutes and hung up abruptly. It's been half an hour and nothing. The staff here just don't care at all. Genuinely avoid this place at all costs, awful experience.

  Awful service. Ordered online. Only some of the order was delivered after 1.5 hours. When I called to ask for the rest, was told it would come. An hour goes by, called again to ask when I could expect it. They said next time I order I can get something for the same value (without taking any details) I asked how this would work, he couldn't tell me. Then I asked if I could be refunded, they said 'no'. He said he could send them out tonight. I said yes, because I wanted the whole of the order I had paid for. When I went to ask when I could expect this, he hung up on me. Called back again, asked my question. He then sighed down the phone in frustration and said '15-20 minutes'... We don't have the rest of our order, we are out of pocket and have had a terrible experience.
