  They've introduced some automation, but it doesn't work. We waited 20 minutes for breakfast items, and the system got it wrong (we were on the road, and the delay made us late), so we didn't notice at the time. The staff were standing around looking like they weren't doing anything, waiting for the automation, but it's not their fault. McDonald's, hold your head in shame, as this is not progress...

  I've stopped here a good number of times since this place opened and am always disappointed, the service is poor and so slow, today I waited almost 20 mins for a wrap and fries and a drink. they have no customer service focus and quite often have alot of items unavailable, after today's experience I will just keep on driving as they just aren't improving at all.

  Order came out quite quickly and was correct, which looking at other reviews is as much about luck as anything else. Hash Browns had small flecks of stuff over them which was a little off putting, but not black like other reviews have mentioned on fries. Coffee if you can call ot that still isn't great, or obviously coffee tasting, no matter what their TV advertising tries to claim.

  Pre-ordered my food five minutes before I got there, I need to find out as soon as I walk through the door it’s been canceled. Somebody else stood next to me was also upset there was next to nothing on the menu. When the member of staff was challenging and asked we just had a blunt response saying we don’t have anything else left. I had to go outside and re-order on my phone. Total time I was there was 25 minutes when I got the food given to me I wasn’t even offered an apology. The app is ridiculously unhelpful for customer service. I couldn’t even find my receipt to upload on here in all my life of having McDonald’s. This is one of the most disgusting and disrespectful experiences. I’ve had I won’t be coming back to this one again.

  Very busy on my visit with mostly Food delivery orders. The wrap i had was spot on. My dogs enjoyed their nuggets and mini mcflurries. You know Your in Somerset when a huge Tractor and cattle trailer rock up for a macky 👌😆
