  Hideous experience. It feels like the staff are trained to be surly, disinterested, bored, unhelpful and as unfriendly as it’s possible to be, please and thank you don’t exist here. Took literally forever, still feeling queasy after having my food handed to me by someone with the worst chewed nails I’ve ever seen . Cash only drive thru but no warning, so you could get blocked in with no way out. Food tepid and awful, no straw with drink, chips chucked in upside down so they were everywhere, burger literally thrown together with all the salad on one side only and swimming in mayo. Whilst eating we got to watch the local wildlife however, which consisted of rats running past our car, they seemed to enjoy it at least 🤢

  Milkshakes only just above half full (see photo) and also cross-contamimation of something caused an allergic reaction. On removing milkshake lid, before drinking it, visible dirt INSIDE the cup. Milkshakes were left standing on the counter amongst other drinks for other orders, open for anyone to touch, handle or take, for about 10 minutes before the food was ready. It was a long wait for food, but it was busy so this is understandable. The server calling out the numbers was sarcastic and seemingly deliberately not saying the numbers loudly/clearly and unwilling to repeat numbers. The screen was not accurate/updating with ready order numbers. No receipt at the order kiosk so I can't even contact customer services about the contaminated milkshakes and raise concerns about food hygiene. Food tastes awful, not what you'd expect from Burger King. And on arrival, I was suddenly reminded that the last time I used this Burger King a few years ago, my bank card was cloned at the drive-thru and they were incredibly unhelpful in the matter despite the suspicious behaviour of the driver behind me at the drive-thru. I usually use the McDonald's instead and avoid this Burger King, but there was a police closure, resulting in a sore reminder of why I haven't visited this Burger King in so long. This also costs more for the equivalent (but better, including a FULL milkshake) meals at McDonald's jist down the road. The seating area was crowded and looked and felt dingy and sticky, I don't recommend dining in. The outside area with a picnic table next to the carpark was also disgusting. Better to just eat in your car!

  On my visit after a less than average chicken royal , I visited the toilet and it was dirty and disgusting, I found two staff members in there one left without washing his hand , the door to the toilet was broken and stuck open .

  Very mid Burger King experience. Food luke-warm and launched into the bag, staff uncaring/disinterested. I'd just go to the Greggs if I had to stop here in future.
