    I placed my initial order around 5pm at the time of writing this it's currently 9pm. I received my order after an hour and a half wait, to which I find it incomplete. I call the store and ask for a replacement after an hour of trying to contact them. I get met with "half hour wait" and then after that half an hour is up still nothing. I call at 8:23pm and am told 5/6 minutes the driver is leaving now. I am still yet to receive my items. The store is now actively avoiding my calls. A joke of a staff team and awful customer service.

    The delivery is terrible. Two hours late and stone cold. Even when you try to ring it goes unanswered. Worst subway in Somerset.

    Bread was extremely dry and we were missing half of the ingredients we requested when ordering. Really disappointed.

    Called store to ask where my order was, staff was incredibly rude and dismissive and hung up. Order was 40 minutes late, food was cold and poorly packaged/prepared, ice cream was melted and driver was too busy on the phone to offer any form of apology.

    We stood for at least 5 minutes before any of the 3 members of staff behind the counter even acknowledged us. They were busy talking amongst theirselves in their own language making orders for deliveries. Not even sorry to keep you waiting or we will be with you in a minute. Nothing! Then when we were served we got a what do you want? The sub was then slapped together, handed over and money taken without so much as a thank you. zero customer service.
