  My money has been feeding someone elses mouth because apparently my food was delivered but instead to my house they delivered to someone else because during the hour before they close they are "so busy". Although a refund is able its not the point. This is the last time I order from domino's in glastonbury.

  They let someone take our order and we had to wait another 20-30 mins and the staff where no help at all if possible I would give a zero

  Staff were excellent. Gave us free dough balls due to slight delay on our order. Thank you so much.

  Placed a wrong order and called the minute that I sent it in, nothing could be done other than cancel the order which I did, they charged me anyways and I didn’t get an order and can’t speak to anyone to get my refund

  Went in to order a takeaway pizza today at 2.15pm. Rudely told that there was a 35 minute wait. There were no orders showing on the board so not sure why there would be such a long wait. The only guy in there then proceeded to drop a full tub of grated cheese on the floor which obviously upset him further. Needless to say that I didn't bother ordering and said that I would leave a review accordingly. I will also inform Dominos HQ and see what they have to say. Very disappointing! I have now complained to Dominos HO about the attitude, poor service and the fact that their employee didn't seem to care. BEEN 6 DAYS NOW AND DIDN'T HEAR BACK FROM DOMINOS AS PROMISED. Another Corporate Company saying that they care about customers etc but clearly dont. Pappa Johns in Glastonbury is well worth a try for Pizzas....
