  Ordered deal of 2 medium pizzas, potato wedges and garlic bread. Only 1 pizza came with wedges and garlic bread! Phoned and spoke to domino's and 2nd pizza delivered but without pineapple which I paid extra for!! Other than that....pizza was lovely!

  Order got lost and called back to fix it to get it delivered correctly (through the Just Eat app) - TERRIBLE customer service. After and hour and a half of waiting and calling the restaurant, our food finally found its way to us but the courier argued with me outside my own house and refused to hand over our food for a solid 5 minutes, saying it was our fault. I literally cannot make this up. Really yummy pizza tho as always, good food quality just horrible customer service. 1 star, but 1 extra since food was good, once we finally got it off their hands (quite literally)

  £35 for a warm pizza with raw dough underneath and barely-cooked chicken. Phoned the store — told it was “impossible” for it not to be cooked because it all goes through the oven together. Zero interest in resolving it. Avoid Frome Domino’s. Appalling customer service. Uncooked chicken all totally inedible
