    As an anti-bullying ambassador, I believe it's important to remember that it's not just what you say, but how you say it. Tone, attitude, facial expressions and mannerisms matter. I was disappointed by the behaviour of a member of staff named Lisa. Being rude to customers is unacceptable, and I was particularly concerned to hear another customer say that she had also been rude to her elderly mother. Elderly and vulnerable customers deserve patience, kindness and respect. Customer-facing staff represent a business, and professionalism costs nothing. I hope Tesco takes this feedback seriously and ensures all customers are treated with the dignity and courtesy they deserve.
