  Ordered some dough balls and when we opened the box two had been pinched. There were even marks on the paper where two had been taken! Absolute joke, grim.

  Everytime we order from this dominoes they get it wrong. The staff then lie when you tell them they will need to deliver a replacement saying they have no drivers when you have seen 3 cars and a motorbike doing deliveries while picking up the pizzas they messed up. So you drive 15 mins each way for pizzas for nothing because you can't eat what they gave you so you waste your time and money.

  We used silly names to collect the pizza. The staff humour us. Pizza is great, staff are brilliant too.

  Order placed over two weeks ago. Due to fault with oven (no communication from Dominoes, had to be informed once I had waited a long while and arrived at the premises) the order had to be cancelled. Staff turned their back on me to chat together when I needed assistance. I had to call out to get their attention to then be told the refund for this order would take 2-4 days. Over 2 weeks later despite raising this matter a number of times ([CASE-0615675]) customer service initially told me someone from the Chard store would contact me, they have not. Customer service have also stopped communicating with me now. On arrival at the store it clearly states no refunds are given in store…I have been left no choice but to write this review to inform others that should you require a refund for any reason this is made extremely difficult! In the hopes I’ll forget and give up most likely. After being a regular customer most weeks since the store opened, I will now think twice. Things go well until they don’t & Dominoes does not want to help. I’m sure the response to this review will claim otherwise and I bet it’s completed before any such refund too but the facts are just that!
