  I thought I’d give this subway a second chance on getting delivered to my house as the first issue was that I was waiting nearly 3 hours for my orders to arrive. I ordered at 8:40am 9/08/2026 and it’s is 10:30am and still not arrived the subway phone number does not ring at all no way of contacting the store it does not let you cancel on the Uber Eats app pretty much sat waiting on an order that I don’t even know if it’s coming what a joke honestly this place is so bad

  I have no idea why i keep ordering from this restaurant! Food is never right, always late & when it does arrive its cold, soggy & inedible! Can't even phone the shop to complain because their phone number no longer works!!! Today's order had wrong flavour crisps, wrong cookies, wrong sandwich fillings AND was an hour late arriving.

  I'm not very happy with this place currently. I ordered a BMT with absolutely NO SALAD and the sandwich came with more salad then the produce section in big ASDA!!! 😡 I then re-ordered the sandwich again and very clearly stated that i wanted NO SALAD whatsoever! What did I get in my sandwich? A whole farms worth of vegetables! Onions, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber... And now my whole living room smells like a greenhouse 🤢 I am absolutely fuming!

  On est très bien accueilli par le personnel (comme john) qui est notamment très gentil avec ses clients. Nous nous sommes régalés avec ce merveilleux repas. From France !!

  Ordered last night at 6 pm said will be delivered by 7 35,at 8 pm nothing arrived and when I called the store multiple times there was no answer.They waited till close to cancel my order and didnt communicate anything.The most disrespectful, unprofessional place I have ever encountered, they need to go back to training camp,cause no matter how busy you are you should have the curtesy to let your customers know that you cant be asked to make their food and dont leave them waiting like mugs.I will never order here again and I suggest everyone looks somewhere else because if thats how they treat customers, who knows what else they do in there?
