  On the 24th may I ordered two pizzas and chicken wings for delivery, it took.over an hour for the delivery to arrive and when it did it was missing the chicken wings and the pizzas were stone cold to. The point the chicken bits had dried out and were crunchy. I phoned the Burnham on sea branch and told them I wanted a refund as the food was not fit for consumption. I also told them I wanted a refund as it was pass 10 at night and I wasn't waiting for a new order. I was told the refund would be with me in 3- 5 days so I waited and no refund so I phoned again and I've been told they need to talk to talk to the area manager and will process the refund and it will take 3 -5 days so far I'm on day 8 and still nothing. Why am I still waiting for this to be sorted ? I will be taking this further

  ordered off of their website to pick up,, came in and they denied us ordering even though we showed app proof. they managed to find our order they missed after 10 minutes of waiting inside.

  Ordered food for a late night dinner. When the driver got here he slammed the postbox 3 times rather than calling or knocking, scaring everyone. The food was decent but cold and my partner ended up with the wrong food.
