  Absolutely shockingly slow service. Asked for just one item and got it wrong. Staff have NO energy or enthusiasm whatsoever. Food is cold and overpriced

  Plese make sure to open as per schedule time,or change the opening timein the website.Its almost 7:05am still havent opened.helllllll its ridiculous budyy,keep an eye on the clock

  Just been in here at 9.20. Staff just arriving. We and quite a few others also went over. Staff Completely ignored us to when they would be open.

  Staff were friendly and doing their best with a busy kiosk, a broken coffee machine and there being just two of them. That being said, it is clear the staff need more support. A service station food stop selling breakfast items that are already cooked should not set your journey back 15 minutes. 2 members of staff is not enough. Also we ordered vegetarian sausage bap that were labelled as ‘quorn’, and were definitely not quorn sausages. This was disappointing as we only went for this option thinking it was a safe pick with a trusted brand. Sausages were more like stuffing than fake meat. The baps were also not buttered and the sausages not cut. Pretty bizzare way to serve a sandwich in my opinion.

  Got to the front of the queue with loads of food in the hot hold cabinet to be told "Closed" by the man behind the till. Very rude
