  Delivery drivers don't need your just eats code, they're able to mark as received and completed even without it. Missing cappucino and fries in order, delivery driver drew my attention to it. Said I won't accept order or give code then as this is not the first time it's happened. Courier told me to keep order and stated he would raise the issue. No sooner did he get round the corner he managed to mark the order as delivered even though I didn't give the code. I'm so done with Macdonalds. Cheap quality food but no longer cheap prices. More often than not they can't get the simplest of orders right.

  Didnt want much but when eventually got the cheese burger i wondered where it was. Minute, tasteless and above all a chewy spongy bun.

  Went here on Saturday 8/8/26. Very confusing location. Seems massive from outside but felt tiny with hardly anywhere to sit inside downstairs. Despite it being quiet, it somehow took 40 mins for food? I went to use the toilet and there was faeces absolutely everywhere in the toilet and around the room. Tried to tell a member of staff but they were all hiding down by the drive thru window refusing to make eye contact with the other cross customers regarding the wait. Absolutely bizzare experience. The only good thing is when the food came it was hot but unfortunately by that point the toilet situation had dissuaded me from eating there. Wouldn't recommend

  Auwful place i dont eat here but me and my friends like the frappes never got any when it was hot few wks ago had no milkshake no frappes for 2wks to lazy to clean there machine I swore id never go here I won't be I wrote reviews on same place before vile

  After waiting 20 mins wait for the Hot Honey McCrispy I had to chase it up. When it did finally arrive (allegedly cooked fresh) the bacon was stone cold. When I complained the manager insisted that's how they are served. With cold bacon. Although she gave me a refund for the burger she did charge us for the drinks and chips even though we didn't eat the chips as they went back with the burger. Funny cause when I got one from my local McDonald's it was warm. So she told a total lie. Avoid this. The worse McDonald's I've ever been in by far
