  Pizza arrived damage. It was sent out to the estates of Bridgwater on a bicycle! They are not fast enough, this area should only be delivered to by car! The app wasn't able to give an accurate time either. The pizza was fine other than the squish, but I'm sure I lost some of the hot honey to the box! When I worked at Dominos, the delivery guy would call the shop and get a replacement sorted out upon seeing the damage. Seems DP Shayban really has gone downhill. Look at what happened to GDK after they kept botching orders and giving terrible customer service. You won't last Domino's if you continue treating paying customers like they don't matter.

  Order placed a 1230 for collection at 1730 - Confirmation email received etc - Collet at Northgate! No Pizza - useless refund requested - manage useless

  A delivery driver of yours parked in the middle of the road with his hazards on - but didn't pull over, mount the curb or make any hint of trying to be slightly out of the way, just slap bang in the middle of the road. He then flipped me off and shouted at me f off when I said he should move, he walked off, delivered the pizza and walked back without a care in the world and then slowly drove off after a minute of fiddling in the car. Regardless of the 3 cars in the road behind him !
