  Just had a delivery driver knock at our door rapidly knocking like it was an emergency twice then I opened the door and it was dominoes keep in mind I live with my mother who is 67 and it almost gave her a heart attack this needs to change or get drivers who can actually read addresses properly cos its not on especially since you deliver till 3 am and most people are asleep by then I get people work late but have something in place to get the customer to meet the driver outside their houses when its late at night

  I called them as the order was late and the app said they should have been here. They said they were busy and not close which was not what the app said. The girl on the phone was dismissive. I would rather you say you’ll be late than to lie and hit a kpi
