  Give me a wrong bun, then took the burger and put on the right bun leaving chips on the side for about 4 minutes.

  Sam provided amazing customer service today — friendly, professional, and really efficient even during a busy period. He made sure everything was correct with my order and had a genuinely positive attitude that made the experience much better. It’s rare to see someone care that much about customer service.   Waited 26 minutes for food when they had 4 tickets on the screen. Neither the managers or servers could empty a bowl with the instructions on the bottom. Cold food, absolutely waste of time and money

  One of the order screens was faulty but it wasn't very clear to customers. Many wasted time before realising it was faulty. Food was OK. Seating is for all units

  If I could give zero stars I would. Poor service all round waited 15 minutes to even be served and had to ask a staff member if they are serving people 6 people queuing and nothing happening. Was told to use the non working screens to place our order when trying to use them it directs you to the counter. Greg the assistant manager was no assistance at all either when questioned about using points from the app he said we don’t do it and pointed at a sign out of customer view! Very poorly run and very slow. 45 minutes after already waiting 15 mins to be served we eventually got our food. NEVER stop at this Burger King keep on driving pass!
