  Loved our time visiting the restaurant, was greeted immediately once we entered the restaurant, our server was friendly and very attentive and had to help us as the app wouldn't work for ordering or paying. Venue was clean, had a lovely atmosphere. Food was delicious.

  Disappointed, apparently I ordered the incorrect item although stating I wanted a noodle dish, what came was a rise dish was tasteless greasy! Then had to wait 25 minutes for the correct item however it never arrived. It appears if you only order water with the meal you are not in favor!! Sadly will not return.

  So disappointed by the staff and it’s by more then 8 months either food or delivery everything cold . I was with friends in front of me rider ask to manager that my order is ready straight away she start being rude and aggressive I was shocked that how she’s speak and rider was on right . When I got my order cold food and also staff was illiterate. Is there any area manager please provide anyone their email adress I’ll also approach to him personally.

  Food served sporadically, Don't expect to dine as a couple, don't bother to ask where your order has got to, very rude junior manager who seems to think the service is normal for the brand. Having been to branches all over the country I can assure you that is incorrect. Shockingly bad , avoid Bath Wagamama.
