situated within walking distance to the world famous roman baths. perhaps after your wagamama lunch, bathe in britain’s only natural thermal waters at thermae bath spa
Amazing people working here, everyone was very nice and welcoming. Our server, Tam, was the sweetest and made our lunch very enjoyable. She was extremely friendly and understanding. The food was delicious and made quickly and fresh. However, the music was a bit loud and I found it difficult to have a conversation over the music. Still a 10/10 experience. Thank you Tam and all other workers in Wagamama, Bath!

Had a really poor experience with customer support: in store, a student discount was advertised, however their ‘verification system’ intentionally takes 24 hours to process, which felt unfair as we had student ID’s to prove we were students, and couldn’t claim a discount that was advertised at the table. The manager of Wagamama’s advised us to reach out to customer support. It took me two attempts to get to customer support after they ignored my first response - no email or phone number that I could have used alternatively to their website - and the loyalty support manager, Fabio Soares, had no consideration of this, was not willing to make things right, and was unfortunately not very helpful, which is a shame. It felt as though they were willing to lose customers over what I would assume was an insignificant refund to Wagamama’s for the sake of penny pinching. It cast a shadow on the very lovely and helpful staff actually in the restaurant.

My wife and I called in for a late lunch. My food was served promptly but had to wait ten minutes at least for my wife's. The meat was nice but the rest of the dish was just pure salt, while my wife's had no flavour. The lovely waitress called over the manager who said it was the ethos of the company to serve food as soon as it's cooked so you may eat at different times which she agreed was bizarre but the higher management ignores the feedback. So we paid on the app, in which another waitress made us prove it on the app as it was not showing. She then called the manager over again who made us go into our banking app to prove it went through. They finally agreed it was a problem at their end.The worst dinning experience I have ever had. No professionalism what so ever.

Rating 5 stars to thank the incredible front of house and wait staff, namely Thea and Brooklyn. In the last month at local restaurants such as Pintxo, Cote Brasserie and Pasture Bristol where our 21 month old daughter has felt like an afterthought, our service tonight has restored our faith in the service industry. We were immediately greeted by Brooklyn who didn't just say "do you need a highchair", she looked at us and said 2 and a highchair? I'll get one ready for you straight away! When she guided us to our seats, she had already placed a kids menu, chopsticks and crayons down, ready for our daughter. When Thea brought our drinks over, there was already a child friendly cup of water with a straw ready. When another waiter (I apologize, we didn't get your name!) brought our food over and we asked for a little side plate for our daughter, she came back already equipped with a small spoon for her to use.
Dining with our small daughter is something that we love to do as a family and it really warmed our hearts when she was treated as a customer rather than an afterthought that she has been at the restaurants previously mentioned. Thank you Brooklyn and Thea again for such a wonderful service, you really made our evening a joy!
