- AGAnna Gill6 days ago3.0I stayed in room two. The floorboards were creaky, so even the lightest of feet could be heard. The stairs were very steep and there was so lift to make it accessible to all. The carpet in the room had stains on all over. The windows wouldn’t open or close so they were constantly open during my stay. The shampoo and body wash they provide by the shower, were empty not refilled. The doors to the rooms were heavy and would bang shut. Only two English breakfast tea bags were provided in the small kitchen. The owner wasn’t around so there was no way of contacting her for help. Sharon who works behind the bar is a credit to the seven stars, she was lovely and friendly and assisted me with any of my needs during my stay. Great location to Priston Mill. Attended a wedding during the stay. Car park is spacious for reversing and parking. The food at the pub was nice. Felt like it was homemade.

We've been twice now and could not agree more with their recommendation. Fabulous food, cooked to perfection and professional served. Helen is very personable and has a lovely sense of humor. Ollie our server has; on both occasions been profesional and friendly. I highly recommend the Seven Stars. Timsbury is lucky to have this.

Helen and her team could not be more welcoming and friendly. The food was superb, along with wonderful beer and wine and the service provided by Ollie was excellent. You would be hard pressed to find better value for money. Will definitely return to this wonderful village pub.

This is the second occasion we have had a Sunday Lunch, the first was an amazing sharing board and today we had individual roasts. The standard is consistently excellent, beautifully cooked vegetables and meat. Presented by helpful friendly young bar staff. Ollie is a very pleasant young man and a credit to your business. - SASteve AllenAug 30, 20262.0Don’t trust their online restaurant booking system! We were staying locally, and wanted a meal at a village pub. The Seven Stars was the nearest, so I went to their website and booked a table for two at a time that was available. When we arrived I told the young lady behind the bar that we’d booked online. She told us that the website bookings don’t come through to them, and she wasn’t sure whether they would have any food on that night. This was a Saturday night. She called her boss and came back confirming that there were no meals available at all that night. We went instead to the nearby King William Inn, where we were welcomed and served a delicious meal at a great price. I would suggest the Seven Stars needs to remove the restaurant booking function from their website, until they can decide whether or not they want to service that market.
