  Got lured into eating here again with a 30% discount voucher after having a bad experience some years ago. The 14oz spiral rib eye was awful. The size must have shrunk a lot from the claimed pre- cooked weight. It was overcooked inspite of requesting for Medium and full of gristle . So as per photo almost a quarter was inedible. It was not marinated as claimed and the "Chimichurri" sauce coming with it seem to be just a pot with oil and onions. My wife's 8oz Fillet was ok but undercooked. Service by Jacob was good. However, I won't be coming back again no matter how high the discount is.

  Our waitress Jess was the mostly lovely and kind woman ever!! So attentive and made sure we always had drinks couldn’t recommend more!! Alex on the front desk was also so kind and welcoming

  Was served by all three! Alex, Olga and Jess. The service was AMAZING! I can never fault it here. It’s so lovely to be treated so well. Will be back here for more of course. 🩷

  I was soo disappointed with this place as was hoping for it to be great. We ordered a variety of small plates to have a taste of everything. They gave us our small meat plates and all our carb ones came 15 mins later but I think would have been longer if I didn’t enquire where they were. Also you order a small plate and they are not joking on the small! We have ordered exactly 6 small plates in other places and it has done 2 of us lovely (always gone for chicken wings in each place and you will usually get 8 at least good size ones. This place you got 4 1/2 a size of a finger sized ones) This place gives you a mouthful or two which is classed as one small plate. Don’t get me wrong, maybe that is what some people would class as a small plate but we expected for what you pay for them (as they are all mostly round the £8/8.50 mark) a little more. The guy who served us was very lovely and we can’t fault that at all. Just soo disappointed when expected great for this place.

  The steak was pretty good, but the add on "large garlic prawns" for £6 was only 2 small pieces of shrimp, maybe in the 24-30 count per pound range for size comparison. Definitely a waste of money to add this on. My wife and daughter each enjoird their mushroom truffle burgers.
