  The lady with the pink hair who served at the bar was very lapsidadical, and unprofessional, looked very much like she did not want to be there. No pleasantries at all! Not good for bar work!

  Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the restaurant. We were first ones in for lunch and it was quite obvious that the place hadn't been hoovered since last night's service. Even the bathroom was a bit grubby. The staff were very friendly but apologised that our order may take some time as the chef had only just arrived. The fish and chips i ordered was very dry and very crispy. All in all a bit of a let down.

  Came for dinner. Glad we booked as it was busy. However, we still had good service. Staff were friendly and food was good.

  Lovely and friendly staff! Came for breakfast after staying at the premiere inn. Breakfast was alright. Plenty of options to choose from. Seating was quite squashed but there was not many people so it wasn't an issue on this occasion but could be if it was busy.

  Stayed here for 3 nights due to attending the NEC. Very quiet at night great sleep - you can open the windows! Food was ok - not brilliant but the staff made up for that experience. Very hard working and always with a smile especially being as busy as it was - all the time. Highly recommended.
