She was so polite, helpful and knowledgeable whilst showing us recommendations. Only disappointment is lemon and ginger tea is no longer on the menu PLEASE BRING IT BACK!!!!

She had great manners, was attentive throughout, and made sure all our needs were taken care of. Excellent customer service from her. Unfortunately, my experience with the red-haired manager was the complete opposite. She came across as rude, unprofessional, and gave me a dirty plate. I also felt uncomfortable because she kept looking me up and down during the visit. Overall, her attitude really affected the experience and made me not want to return while she is working there. Chloe, keep shining — your service was the highlight of the visit.
