  Ordered big Mac decided to give me one without sauce for some reason and ordered some food to take out home for the kids gave me garlic nuggets not normal nuggets. Lack of attention from the staff looks like they are keeping food back threats been ordered wrong and giving it to anyone else ordering similar. It's clean and new but none of the staff concentrate and are just constantly taking to each other.

  I recently visited jetstream Road McDonalds, and was greeted by an amazing young man called Subhaan at drive-thru. His work ethic and attitude towards his job was outstanding as he made small talk with me, and served me with amazing service ! I hope to come here soon!!

  Wow... Some good bits, some bad, some downright shocking.... Food - chips were hot and crispy, first time in a while that I've had that, milkshake machine was working, AMAZING.... Unfortunately I have marked down 2 points here for 1 very simple reason, the big Mac was cold and not constructed properly. All the meat, cheese, sauce etc was between the bottom and middle bun, leaving nothing but empty space and a feeling of despair between the middle and top buns. The big Mac is not a new item that staff add just getting their head around for Christ sake... Service - the self order machine gave better service than the staff. Food ordered, my family sat down at a table and I did the "father pose" (standing with arms crossed as near to the serving counter as possible without looking too weird). A lady approached with a tray, it looked like my order.. she called "number 64", yes, I hadn't had long go wait for my badly constructed big Mac.. I approached the counter, and the lady turned around, walked back into the kitchen area and started having a chat with a colleague, still holding my food. For a further 2 minutes she stood there, engaging in chat about whether "yams alright" (Google translate was not much help) whilst I danced around attempting to get her attention, she started to walk towards me, the ownership of food still not transferred, and she turns around and walks away again. Now worried that my wife and children (who get angry when they're hungry) are slowly turning into the HULK, I shout out "excuse me, I think that's my food" I get a strange look, some muttered again in a tongue that confused Google translate before the food is passed into my hands and my family are able to relax. Atmosphere... It's a bloody McDonald's... I don't think I really need to comment on atmosphere....

  Chose table service. After 15 to 20 mins and several walk in customers who got food after us we realised our food was given to someone else. Staff found this amusing and kept grinning and looking at us they re did our order which was incorrect twice. Cleaning lady lovely kept everything clean. Don't think other staff have a clue at serving and no customer service skills at all
