  Why every single time I come into this store is everyone so miserable and rude. This is like the 4th time the staff are just so moody and lack manners or basic customer service. Do they really dislike their job this much for the general atmosphere to be so bad.

  Pop in here twice a week for a cheeky something nice hot food Lovely & clean only problem s a few staff don’t have manners ..you know who you are!

  I did use to really rate Gregg's but unfortunately over the last few years they have put profit in front of quality ? PALM OIL in nearly everything from the Hash browns, Sausage roll to the Cakes ??   I know there are lots of Greggs stores about but this one does stand out Very polite staff and you're served very quickly. For my troubles I ordered a beef melt with a Latte Coffee on the deal as it was worked out around £3.75 . Nice Coffee and great beef melt, both were nice and hot. No complaints at all. I was seved quickly but not rushed.Some seating inside but plenty outside too. Very good all in all.

  I don’t know if it was me or the food was tampered with, the bags smell like pee and I found a small black hair in my tuna baguette the pizza was old and stale like it was yesterdays all I’m going to say is don’t read the customers name and treat them differently you have a service to provide it’s not pick and choose who you want to serve well to, do better next time.
