- GKG KJun 2, 20261.0I am not sure if the Asian lady this morning was switched on I got over charged for a baguette and she had to keep going back to the screen to keep checking what I had ordered and this is just 1 issue I have also been over charged before this as when there is a big line staff here seem to panick and get many things wrong , they are simply incompetent and need a clear out to be charged extra for 1 simple order is disgusting and outrageous, cant imagine if I had ordered for 3 people I'd be there all day with this certain staff member I mean wake up and get a grip and you your damn job properly and dont touch my food without goves on 😤

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
