  we went as a party with allergies and requested menus to accommodate our needs. this took asking several servers and a 10 minute wait in a 3/4 full restaurant. after ordering we waited 40 minutes before checking on our food. when we checked we found they'd run out of what I'd ordered and failed to communicate this to me. I have sympathy for the staff as I understand it's a new restaurant. however we were met with little urgency and poor communication. due to the time this had all taken we were unable to reorder due to flight time pressure. would not recommend especially to groups with food restrictions.

  I loved my first experience at Wagamama’s!! My server was a lovely lady called Aranja and she explained to me the menu and what ingredients certain dishes contained. Even though I was taking a long time she was so patient and even recommended me some dishes!!! Will come back! Amazing customer service x

  Terrible experience. Waited 10mins to get seated, then 15mins went by without being asked if I wanted a drink. Several tables were complaining that they were waiting on their food or hadn’t received it. Terrible service

  Waited over half hour to he told theyre not taking any more orders because the kitchen is overwhelmed, when over ¾ of the restaurant is empty?? Then I hear staff coming off shift chatting amongst themselves, saying the kitchen staff have no interest in the food, they're all too busy yapping.

  It was the soft launch today so this is constructive criticism - the staff were really friendly and nice. They weren’t too sure of table numbers (mixed mine and another up) or the menu. I was looking for certain dishes and they didn’t know if they were on the menu. The person beside me had to leave before he was served anything (not even a drink) and I waited 20+ minutes for my drink to arrive. I ended up having to leave before my food arrived too. Wagamamas is known for its quick service and I think customers would expect to be served quickly - especially as it’s an airport. It might be helpful to have food waiting times out for people. Overall I would return on the hope service and timings improve (I’m sure they will) - the staff were lovely but could do with being shown the menu properly so they know what’s on it
