  Went for breakfast pre flight. It was pretty quiet in there but still took a long time for food to come, with food not all coming out together. The waitress was super rude after them not having the kids pancakes we ordered. She offered a slice of toast as a replacement but wanted to charge the same price and was then very rude when I challenged this. Eventually she agreed to refund one of the portions but clearly never actually processed this as I haven’t received it.

  Come here quite regularly whilst travelling for work and always excellent. Lovely good and a great, fast service

  I would not eat here again. We ordered 3 English breakfasts and they were very inconsistent. One had no tomatoes, one had an extra hash brown, etc even though we just ordered them as is. I had the eggs royale and did not enjoy it. The poached eggs were basically completely hard boiled and the salmon did not seem very good quality at all. We had to source our own cutlery from other tables since we didnt have enough and couldn't get anyone's attention. There was also something dripping from the ceiling that we realised afterwards had completely soaked my dad's backpack. The front of house staff were very friendly but thats about the only good thing I could say. Wouldn't recommend.

  we have been waiting for more than 30 minutes , and when the food finally came we were told the rest was coming later. service is really slow and even the people around me have been falling asleep. Portion sizes are poor - sharing platter could have been eaten by one person. Not worth the price.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Giraffe Birmingham Airport. The female staff member who served us was rude and unfriendly. Her name badge was turned around, so I couldn’t see her name, which I found unprofessional. The burger was overpriced and not tasty. The bun tasted old and stale. The strawberry drink was almost completely filled with ice and had not been mixed properly, so I had to stir it myself. Only one very thin straw was provided, which almost bent and broke. Overall, the food quality and customer service did not justify the price. I would not recommend this restaurant.
